What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday 9am to 6:30pm, Saturday 9am to 5:30pm, Sunday closed.
Do I need a GP referral for travel vaccinations?
No. You can book directly with our pharmacist. We assess your trip, medical history and any previous vaccinations, then recommend what is suitable.
How far in advance should I book travel vaccinations?
Ideally 6 to 8 weeks before you travel, as some vaccines need several doses or time to take effect. If your trip is sooner, call us and we will do our best to help.
How do I book an appointment?
Choose your service and preferred date and time on our booking page. A member of the team reviews your request and emails you to confirm, or to suggest another time. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive that email.
How do I know what vaccines I need for my destination?
Use our Quick Check to see commonly recommended vaccines by country. Your pharmacist will confirm exactly what you need at your consultation.
What does the price include?
Prices are shown per vaccine course, with the number of doses and the price per dose where it applies. Your pharmacist will confirm the dosing schedule for you at your consultation.
Do you issue a Yellow Fever certificate?
Yes. If you have the vaccine with us we issue the International Certificate of Vaccination. The vaccine must be given at least 10 days before you travel.
Do you dispense NHS prescriptions?
Yes, we dispense NHS and private prescriptions and can set up the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) for you.
Do you offer weight management treatment?
We offer a weight management service that starts with an online consultation. Treatment is only supplied if a registered prescriber decides it is suitable for you.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes. Please call us on 01953 452112 as early as you can so that we can offer the slot to someone else.
How do you use my personal information?
